Mahindra Tourister 32 Seater School Bus

Our first school bus was ordered in June 2010 and arrived on 1st July 2010. It is a Mahindra Tourister 32 Seater School Bus. The bus was purchased for Rs.10,65479. It will be used to transport school children to and from villages around Karadi. A blessing ceremony was performed by Karadi Sarpanch Kalpanaben on 2nd July and immediately put on its first route to bring children from Dandi, Samapur and Matwad. Prabhatsinh Thakor, Hirabhai Gopal, Ganeshbhai Lala, Narendrabhai Lallubhai and Kamini Mistry accompanied the children. On saturday 3rd July the bus was sent to Bodali and Machhad. From Monday 5th July the bus will be put on both the routes.

The bus is now running on the following 2 routes,
Route 1 - Dandi, Samapur, Matwad and Karadi
Route 2 - Karadi, Machhad, Khandarak, Bodali and Jalalpore
The service is being used by 104 children
